Many clients come to me with confusion about their finances, their businesses or work, and even their satisfaction in their romantic relationships, where it all seems to hinge around money. But money is never the actual issue. Because money isn't a feeling, it has no vibration of it's own. It can trigger a focus on lack, our self-limiting beliefs, and a lot of resistance, but once we remove the idea of money from the equation, it gets very easy to let go of those actual underlying cause(s) of unease.
This client was consulting with Opra after having participated in multiple unproductive marketing campaigns for an education product:
A: “We feel very clearly that you would do this work with no pay whatsoever."
A: "Your work is to de-link your work from the money.”
Q: Should I just get a job? I've got bills.
A: “The path of least resistance is not to jump ship from something that is working... the path of least resistance is to get into alignment. There are...
HOW CAN I GROW MY BUSINESS?
Q- 'I have so many ideas for my coaching business. Can you help?'
A- 'Your resistance has fallen away quite a bit since last week.
We would continue with this...sensing into it, allowing it to come to fruition within your vibrant imagination.
Allowing it to speak to you rather than for you to design it.
And as you do that, as you stand in your knowing and allow all of the possibilities to wash over your awareness, it is reminding Ramona of the act of 'panning for gold'.
Swish, swish, swish, and the heavy bits, the valuable bits, fall to the bottom, in a place where they can very easily be seen and gathered.
They shine so brightly that they are very obvious.
Swish, swish, swish.
This is not pencil and compass work.
Swish, swish, swish, swish, swish.'
Q- 'Should I take action with the ideas?'
A- 'Organic, adaptive action we feel will be very satisfying to you.
Any attempt to control, to funnel at this time we believe will not be satisfying.
What is the vibrational difference between rich people and poor people?
The vibrational essence of "worthiness," which allows wealth to flow easily into one person's life but not in another, is essentially the same "worthiness" that allows good health, loving relationships, and satisfying purpose (aka "work") to flow easily into one person's life but not another.
So if we feel generally worthy, what creates abundance and "wanted" in one area of our lives, but not another?
Enter limiting beliefs. All "unworthiness" stems from faulty thinking - a belief system, made up of thoughts that are thought over and over again, that declares it to be impossible for "___________ to happen for me," regardless of how many others have received it. Just fill in the blank with the subject, it doesn't matter what it is.
So, back to the original question: what is the vibrational difference?
There is none. When it's about money, some people are quite happy being rich, while...
This transcript is from an Opra session with clients wishing to expand their clientele and build other aspects of their business, and asking what their fees should be.
Opra advises them keep money unattached to the equation, and to feel into the alignment of the answer, rather than to think about the question.
Opra also advises them to focus on raising their own vibrations of trust and worthiness, as they serve as role models for their clients.
WE WANT TO GROW OUR COACHING BUSINESS
Q- ‘We want to move into coaching business clients. What should we charge?'
A- 'The energetic vibration of money feels different in the business community. Do you agree? [Yes] The economy of money moving quickly from hand to hand to hand is the robust economy. The economy of the same amount of money moving from hand to hand more slowly is a sluggish economy.
The same money. The same money. This is the fast train. You are both oriented...
I HAVE A BIG VISION
Q: I have a big vision
A: “This vision is already reality, is well underway. Doubting this fact will only slow down the process.”
Q: So I should just trust it? And I don't need to keep being embarrassed? By the size of my vision? Because my vision is huge...
A: “The resistance you are calling embarrassment, is simply a habitual response, learned early. You may let this go. Slowing down something that feels like a big vision does serve one positive purpose. It keeps you from getting into too much detail. If you are consciously choosing and intending and focusing on the general, as long as it feels good, only adding detail as it feels good, backing off the detail at the slightest hint of resistance, you will not need the embarrassment anymore.”
Q: Right. The only detail is the detail basically right here that feels yummy, either in a fantasy version just cuz it's fun, or in a 'oh, I have a phone call to make' way. But not next year's phone...
We've been talking a lot these days about loving our bodies, and how that love shows up in our lives.
But a question I get a lot is, how and where do I START loving a body about which, frankly, I can't find much to love? Every subject feels awful: weight, illness, injury, beauty, age, stretch marks, wrinkles, blemishes, yikes!
And when I look in the mirror, it feels even worse. I can tell I'm focusing on what I don't want.
One of the basic principles of Law of Attraction is to stick with subjects that feel good when practicing a new skill, rather than hammering on the topic where you feel so much resistance.
For example, in the case of our bodies, we could use a vision board, rather than a mirror. But personally, I would not use a picture of a "younger or fitter" version of myself, and not someone else's body with my face on it, as I've seen others do.
Here's a short transcript from an Opra session:
Q: How can I remove the conditions from my desires on my vision board?
A: "If we...
When I started receiving Opra (what some would call “channeling”) in early 2019, I had no idea where that would lead me.
To the extent that I was interested in steering it, I believed that I was heading for specializing in helping law of attraction coaches, and other entrepreneurs and business owners who had been following law of attraction for a while, to release whatever last bits of resistance and limiting beliefs that were “holding them back.” This “advanced market” appealed to me, and I experimented with reaching out to them to offer Opra’s services. And many of them benefited, and it was quite satisfying.
But a funny thing happened on the way to that goal! Somewhere along the way I started to realize that every single woman Opra was talking to eventually shared some version of “I hate my body!” And many additionally had NO CLUE that their thoughts and beliefs were “limiting” them, or that those thoughts were...
Jealousy can be a tough feeling to sort out, because when we are jealous we think we are looking right at one of our desires and just being "petty" about someone else having it.
But in reality, that awful feeling of jealousy means that we are looking squarely, solidly right at the LACK of that thing we want.
And in this Opra transcript, the client is feeling the effects of focusing on a lack of financial wealth. But this can apply to any subject!
While I am writing this post, I am also finishing the beta version of my new program "BodShift: The Transformation." It's a course for women who want to learn to love and transform their own bodies, and it is to be released in a few days.
As I am thinking these days so much about all aspects of our bodies, I am seeing very clearly how my own jealousy over other women's bodies played such a large part in my own body not responding the way I wanted it to.
Of course my body didn't respond well to years of negative self-talk, focus on lack, and...
Opra's client here has taken a stand with family that many of us hesitate to do, even with friends or colleagues. The choice was to discontinue contact with one member, temporarily.
When we choose our own happiness over the demands of others - even close family members - it's easy to feel out of our comfort zone. We can have a lot of "split energy" - where we feel high vibration and low vibration together - yes and no, happy and sad.
That's understandable. While we care about the person, we also know that we can't care abut what they think, feel, say, or do. Since we can't control them, it doesn't make sense to try to care about their behavior.
But if we know we are not managing our vibration well on this subject, the path of least resistance can often be to break off contact until we can get a hold of our own vibration.
And often our beloved "bystanders" will rush in to tell us how wrong we are, that we are "hurting" the family, that we are cruel,...
I love this video. This Opra client is already so heart-based, and she is typically very well aligned and very practiced at maintaining her alignment.
And yet, the recent global changes - and the current massive shifts of energy and summoning that is occurring around the planet - had her just a little off-center.
This is what it looks like to "be ready" for multiple answers and solutions; to be ready for an even higher vibration and to be open to every desire being fulfilled. Note the number of significant shifts she makes on different subjects during the course of a very short 30 minutes. Beautiful!
And just a word about being ready: fully embracing "being ready to be ready" without impatience is a very soothing place to be, and it allows the being of actually ready to come sooner. The more we resist the fact that we're not quite ready yet, the longer it takes to be ready!
