Using Law of Attraction to shift even decades of momentum into health, wellness and joy just takes a bit of practice.
My client had suffered from bulimia and anorexia for 30 years. Hospitalized. Institutionalized.
She consulted weekly with Opra (my Inner Being; some call this “channeling”) for months before she was ready to broach the subject of her body.
She had asked many questions about work, spouse, child, family, friends, dreams, exes, money, jealousy…never a word about her body. Until today.
Below is a transcript from her session with Opra, including two short “rampages of appreciation” done by Opra on behalf of the client.
A rampage of appreciation is a Law of Attraction technique that intentionally and gradually raises your vibration until you feel better.
Q- ‘I would like to have a more fit, toned body, but I feel very negative about my body. How do I change this?’
A- ‘Choose parts of your body that you love. Choose parts of...
When I started receiving Opra (what some would call “channeling”) in early 2019, I had no idea where that would lead me.
To the extent that I was interested in steering it, I believed that I was heading for specializing in helping law of attraction coaches, and other entrepreneurs and business owners who had been following law of attraction for a while, to release whatever last bits of resistance and limiting beliefs that were “holding them back.” This “advanced market” appealed to me, and I experimented with reaching out to them to offer Opra’s services. Jealousy can be a tough feeling to sort out, because when we are jealous we think we are looking right at one of our desires and just being "petty" about someone else having it.
But in reality, that awful feeling of jealousy means that we are looking squarely, solidly right at the LACK of that thing we want.
And in this Opra transcript, the client is feeling the effects of focusing on a lack of financial wealth. But this can apply to any subject!
While I am writing this post, I am also finishing the beta version of my new program "BodShift: The Transformation." It's a course for women who want to learn to love and transform their own bodies, and it is to be released in a few days.
As I am thinking these days so much about all aspects of our bodies, I am seeing very clearly how my own jealousy over other women's bodies played such a large part in my own body not responding the way I wanted it to.
Of course my body didn't respond well to years of negative self-talk, focus on lack, and...
I’ve been celebrating my own personal breakthroughs a lot recently:
